Apprenticeship as a retail clerk with a focus on e-commerce (m/f/d) at Straight Outta Cotton in Hamburg



Hello out there! We at Straight Outta Cotton have been an integral part of Hamburg's streetwear scene since 2020 and make real statements with our premium quality streetwear basics. With our 90's vibe and our authentic community, we manage to keep expanding our heart project.

What to expect from us:

During your 3-year apprenticeship as a retail salesperson you will learn:



  1. Expert advice and sale of our high-quality streetwear basics.

  2. Independent support of our flagship store in Hamburg to understand sales figures, orders and sales success.

  3. Processing of reservations, orders and returns, as well as checkout processes and customer support, insights into warehouse processes and many other exciting projects.



Your profile:



  1. You are committed, love to approach people and may already have experience in consulting through an internship or temporary job.

  2. You are fast and precise, but conscientious and have high quality standards. You are a team player and you can always be relied on.

  3. You are also communicative, open to new things and streetwear is your passion.
