An oversize T-shirt is a tee designed with a deliberately loose fit. Unlike a regular cut shirt, an oversize or “oversized” T-shirt sits much more relaxed and is intentionally wider and longer, often with dropped shoulders and a boxy fit. The style comes from 90s hip-hop fashion and streetwear culture, giving the wearer a laid-back, confident look with a strong street vibe.
Oversize T-shirts are already cut with a relaxed fit, so you can usually order your regular size to get the intended loose silhouette. Our tip: always check the size chart. If you’re between two sizes and want an extra wide, baggy look, go one size up. If you prefer a slightly less oversized fit, stick with your usual size. Keep in mind that oversize T-shirts are often unisex – the cuts are designed to give both men and women the right fit.
Heavy cotton refers to the fabric quality of a T-shirt. A heavy cotton tee is made from thicker, denser cotton – usually around 220–240 g/m² compared to the standard 150 g/m². This makes the shirt heavier, more durable, and longer-lasting. It feels premium, holds its shape better, and is less see-through. Even with the extra weight, a well-made oversize heavy cotton T-shirt stays comfortable and breathable.
The difference comes down to cut and fabric weight:
- Heavy Oversize T-shirt: Loose 90s fit with drop shoulders, 230 gsm cotton, oversized and extra durable – built for a modern streetwear look.
- Heavy Regular T-shirt: Same heavyweight fabric (230 gsm) but with a more classic, closer fit. A timeless cut with a premium feel.

Wash your tee at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, ideally inside out. Skip the fabric softener and avoid the dryer – air drying keeps the fabric in shape and helps preserve color, fit, and comfort.
Our tees are made in our own manufactory in Istanbul, where more than 250 employees work with us on fair and high-quality clothing. We’re on site regularly, personally oversee production, and make sure every shirt turns out exactly the way we want it.
