Location: On-site with us (no remote work)
Your tasks include:
- Social Media Support: Active community management and handling customer inquiries on our social channels.
- Customer Communication: Responding to emails and phone inquiries with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.
- Returns Management: Checking and processing returns, including documentation and coordination with our warehouse.
- Boosting Customer Satisfaction: Contributing to the ongoing improvement of our customer service by analyzing frequent questions and feedback, and suggesting improvements.
