Place of work: on-site (no home office)

Your Tasks include:
- Social media support : Active community management and processing of customer inquiries via our social media channels.
- Customer communication : Answering customer inquiries via email and telephone – always with a friendly and solution-oriented approach.
- Returns management : Checking and processing returns, including documentation and coordination with the warehouse.
- Increase customer satisfaction : You contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service by analyzing frequently asked questions and feedback and making appropriate suggestions.
