Return Policy
There is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. Please note that we can only take back items that have not been worn or washed.
In the case of a return, the right of withdrawal must be observed. The return form, which you can find here, must be enclosed with the return. Please return the items within 14 days of receipt.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. In principle, please do not send your returns back to us freight collect or uninsured. Keep the tracking number until the return has been processed by us.

The return in the S.O.C. Store is basically possible. Please note, however, that a return can only be made using the returns form. IMPORTANT: No cash payment! You will get the amount back the same way you paid.
Refund
You will get the amount back the same way you paid. Refunds will be made within 14 days after the items arrive. If you have not received a refund after 14 days, please contact our customer service (info@straight-outta-cotton.com / +49 151 28 99 86 44). Please have your order number and return tracking number ready so we can help you quickly. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. The processing of returns usually takes 5 working days.
